Santa Ponsa

Menorca, Spain

About

Santa Ponsa, an iconic 300-hectare finca, is a former 17th century palace. It is, in many ways, a unique property in Menorca. Walk through our farm areas and explore the surroundings, take the paths that lead to our vineyard, the cliffs or the limestone quarry. Visit our aromatic garden, our permaculture vegetable garden and come and meet our animals (goats, horses, donkeys and turtles). In the heart of Santa Ponsa, our restaurant Nura, directed by the Catalan Chef Albert Riera offers a contemporary Spanish cuisine focused on products from the island. Healthy and seasonal, partly from our vegetable garden, it combines naturalness, verticality, local sourcing and slow food. Santa Ponsa offers an exceptional spa inside majestic 18th century cisterns. The well-being protocols focus on energy regeneration and use organic products, part of which comes from our own plantations, and essential oils that we extract from our aromatic plants.
